MANGO “GREEN MONSTER”
INGREDIENTS
Serves 1
- ½ fresh mango
- 75g fresh baby spinach
- ½ cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth.
- Transfer to serving glass and garnish with a few mint leaves and mango slices.
